*We reserve the right to deny service or to raise the price to those who do not disclose the true condition of their dog's coat or temperament.
*Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
*We expect payment if we are "stood up" for an appointment we will bill you.
*We ask for a 15 minute window for appointment arrivals. If we are going to be late for an appointment, we will call in advance.
*Cold weather usually does not keep us from being able to offer a safe service for you. Bad road conditions do! If road conditions don't allow us a safe drive we will call to reschedule. We will give as much notice as possible and give priority appointment openings for rescheduling.
*We accept cash or personal checks. Debit/Credit cards are not accepted.
